Is it possible to cast Act of Treason or Act of Aggression to your own creatures after a combat phase? Say I attacked using card:Chandra's Phoenix once I summoned it then casted Act of Treason on it just to untap it and gain another haste. Will I be able to attack again?

You can cast Act of Treason on your own creature. If you cast it after the combat phase, it will untap and gain haste. However, there is no other combat phase, so you will not be able to attack again.

hmmm good point. I was just curious about that reminder on the meta "It can attack and tap this turn".

Thanks for the reply, it actually makes sense since it's not in the card's meta unlike Hellkite Charger .

So how about Mimic Vat ? Let's say, Putrefax . I summon it, attacked, then imprint with a Mimic Vat then re-casted it on the same turn. Would I be able to attack?

You only ever get one combat phase per turn, unless something like World at War or Hellkite Charger gives you an extra one. So no, you can't attack with the copy of Putrefax . But imprinting Putrefax on a Mimic Vat is still a huge threat.
